We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta/TikTok/Snapchat) to build and own the acquisition direction for one of our live-streaming products, taking full responsibility for TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat and scaling spend 2-3x within 3-6 months while holding CPA and ROAS at target. You will run the testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies, work hand-in-hand with our Creative and PMM teams, and have direct visibility into growing into the UA Team Lead role as you scale this direction. In this role, you will
Own and manage traffic acquisition on TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat, from hypothesis testing to scaling
Scale the Social direction within defined KPIs (Spend/CPA/ROI/ROAS)
Build and execute a testing roadmap covering creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance
Build A/B test structures and scaling rules and criteria for campaigns, monitoring CPA and ROI on a daily basis
Work closely with Creative and PMM teams to generate and validate new hypotheses tailored to each channel's needs
Analyze and optimize campaigns based on data (AppsFlyer, Tableau), identifying growth opportunities and risks
Collaborate directly with network partners (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat) on testing new features, participating in betas, and handling moderation-related communication
It's all about you
3+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (video streaming/live/social apps is a plus)
Hands-on experience buying traffic on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads, from campaign launch to scaling
Experience managing budgets above $300K per month across Social channels
Deep understanding of auction mechanics, bidding strategies, optimization events, and the algorithm principles behind TikTok/Meta/Snap
Solid knowledge of unit economics, cohort analysis, and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention)
Experience working with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust), understanding attribution logic
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, AppsFlyer) for data-driven analysis and decision-making
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency
Would be a plus
Experience with alternative ad networks
Experience automating campaign launches, testing, and reporting across networks with AI tools
Understanding of marketing funnels and performance creative testing principles
Experience with ASO and influencer marketing as additional channels
