- Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions.
- Onboard, and train new Media Buyers while supporting their professional development.
- Allocate budgets and campaigns across the team based on priorities and business objectives.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in Media Buying or Performance Marketing.
- At least 1-2 years of experience leading or mentoring a media buying team.
- Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns targeting Tier1 and LATAM markets.
- Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, fintech, e-commerce, or other performance-driven industries.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
