Що робити
- Build, manage, and grow a team of Media Buyers;
- Develop and improve the media buying infrastructure together with Tech, Design, and Farm departments;
- Research, test, and scale profitable ad funnels and creatives;
- Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook Ads campaigns in the Nutra vertical;
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer;
- Proven expertise in the Nutra vertical;
- Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads;
- Experience managing teams: hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation;
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and define requirements for Tech / Design / Farm teams;
