Rock&Apps is looking for a Media Buyer (Google Search) to boost the team’s performance🚀
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Office in Warsaw)
Format: Full-time
Seniority: Middle+ / Senior (We will assess your seniority not by years of experience, but by reviewing the case statistics you have worked with)
What you’ll do
— 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, with a strong focus on Search campaigns.
— Experience in mobile app marketing or subscription-based products is a strong advantage.
— Experience with Utilities products is highly preferred.
— Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPA, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Retention.
— Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.
— Experience with tracking, attribution, and analytics platforms.
— Ability to quickly test hypotheses and identify scalable opportunities.
What we’re looking for
— Launch, manage, optimize, and scale Google Search campaigns across multiple geos and products.
— Research and test new traffic opportunities, keywords, angles, and campaign structures to drive growth.
— Generate, validate, and implement hypotheses aimed at improving campaign performance and increasing volume.
— Work with products in the Utilities vertical.
— Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
— Monitor key metrics and make data-driven decisions to maximize profitability and efficiency.
— Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, industry trends, and platform updates.
