- Internal Layout & Packaging (80% of time):
- Dense packaging of electronic components, batteries, and power units inside complex-shaped enclosures.
- Finding the optimal balance (centering, weight distribution) at the 3D modeling stage.
- Designing internal cable channels and retainers (cable routing) so that everything assembles cleanly and precisely, without mess.
- Rapid prototyping: fast creation of models for 3D printing and CNC machining, making quick adjustments “on the fly” after testing.
Що очікуємо
- SolidWorks — God Mode level:
- Experience with Surface Modeling — mandatory.
- Ability to work with Large Assemblies without performance loss.
- Proficiency in contextual editing (Top-Down design) — ability to link internal layout with the external enclosure.
- Experience in Packaging: ability to fit complex internals into a compact enclosure while accounting for cooling, vibration isolation, and ease of assembly.
