MarTech Operations Manager

Що робити

• Take full ownership of our marketing automation infrastructure (built on Airtable, GCP, GitHub with Claude Code and Claude CoWork) and continuously evolve it as a living system.
• Maintain, build, and optimize automated integrations and data flows across ad platforms, across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other networks.
• Streamline marketing operations and creative production workflows, eliminating manual routine for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with UA Managers, PMMs, Designers, Marketing Manager, and Product Engineers to identify operational bottlenecks and implement smart automation solutions.
• Analyze complex marketing processes, determine what needs to be automated versus what should remain manual, and build and maintain scalable infrastructure.
