We are a fast-growing, full-cycle product development company in the Dating industry. We are currently in an active scaling phase, which is why we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to take control of our marketing infrastructure, automation processes, and the development of effective funnels.
In the future, this role involves an expansion of responsibilities and team management.
📌 Your main areas of responsibility:
Infrastructure Management (Meta, Google): Creating and managing advertising accounts, and distributing them among User Acquisition Managers.
Finance & Limits Control: Tracking spend on each individual account and in total, managing limits, and submitting requests to open or increase credit lines.
Automation Management: Maintaining current solutions (e.g., auto-stopping unprofitable campaigns) and working closely with in-house developers to optimize existing features and create new tools for media buyers and the creative department.
Funnel Building & Analytics (New Direction): Building the funnel optimization process, setting up end-to-end analytics, and systematizing funnel testing.
Project Management: Coordinating the production of all landing pages, interacting with other departments, and formalizing processes in documentation.
🎯 Our ideal candidate:
Has 1–1.5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, AdTech, or as a Media Buyer / UAM looking to transition into technical marketing.
Has a strong understanding of the architecture of Meta and Google advertising accounts, and has worked with credit lines and billing limits.
Has experience writing technical specifications for developers and a basic understanding of marketing automation logic (API, scripts, postbacks).
Understands the principles of funnel building, A/B testing, and basic marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV, Conversion Rate).
Has strong organizational skills, possesses a process-oriented mindset, and is ready to take responsibility for project management.
