- Control timelines and task assignment across publishing, content, design, and video
- Coordinate handoffs between copy, design, and publishing so nothing stalls
- Build and run the operating system for our influencer and UGC programs — outreach, briefs, tracking, performance
- Automate manual workflows and research new tools, platforms, and approaches
- Hire and onboard marketing talent when we expand (video editors, creators, content people)
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years in marketing operations, marketing project management, or a similar coordination role
- Track record of running multiple projects in parallel in fast-moving environments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm when 5 things need to be done yesterday
- AI-native working style - you build automations, not just prompts
- English B2+ (written and spoken)
