With 80+ certified Salesforce professionals and 12+ years of market experience, our team supports clients across the US, UK, and Europe — through both commercial consulting and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions for the charity sector.
We need a marketer who can build a strong, quality-driven pipeline and help scale two distinct but connected business lines.
If you want your work to directly move the needle on business growth — let's talk.
This role is ideal for you if you have:
2-3+ years of B2B / IT services marketing experience, with team management experience;
Solid understanding of pipeline metrics — SQL, MQL, and funnel-stage conversions;
Experience designing and running A/B tests and marketing hypotheses;
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing analytics tools (Salesforce is a strong plus);
Ability to communicate at the business-stakeholder level — presenting results and plans persuasively;
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple directions at once;
Understanding of the non-profit sector as a plus.
Level of English proficiency — Upper - Intermediate
What will your responsibilities be in this role:
Hit target pipeline, SQL (Sales Qualified Leads), and MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) numbers for both business lines;
Formulate, prioritize, and test marketing hypotheses (channels, messaging, content formats, lead magnets);
Analyze test results and scale effective approaches, quickly shutting down ones that don't work;
Manage the marketing team: set goals, allocate tasks, develop skills, and oversee quality and deadlines;
Partner with the business unit directors of the service and non-profit lines — align priorities, report on results, and sync marketing strategy with business goals;
Build and optimize the marketing funnel from first touch to qualified lead;
Coordinate with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and feedback on conversion;
Analyze the market, competitors, and target audience across both directions (B2B commercial and non-profit sector).
Interview stages:
Pre-screening with the Recruiter;
Interview with the Growth Marketing Manager;
Final interview with Business Unit Director and Head of Marketing.
