Do you know how to make a great agency impossible to ignore? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can build our brand presence, drive inbound leads, and work hand-in-hand with leadership to grow Habitat’s reach globally.
What You’ll Do ⚡
Develop and execute the marketing strategy together with the CEO and Head of Sales
Own content marketing — blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership that showcase our work and expertise
Drive SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and inbound leads
Build and maintain our brand presence across key channels: Clutch, LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, Dribbble
Collaborate on lead generation campaigns — from concept to execution
Track and report on marketing performance metrics with a clear view on what’s working
Coordinate with the design team to produce on-brand creative assets
Help position Habitat for awards, PR, and industry recognition
What We’re Looking For 🔍
3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a digital agency or design/tech company
Proven experience in content marketing and SEO/GEO
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
Comfortable working closely with C-level stakeholders
Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on analytics and results
Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate or above) — you’ll be creating content for global audiences
Experience managing social media and brand channels
Would be cool if you also 😎
Have experience with AI tools for content creation (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
Have worked with Clutch, Design Rush, or similar platforms for reputation management
Have a feel for design and visual communication (agency context helps!)
