About us Cieden is a design-led product studio that helps startups and established companies build outstanding digital products. As our marketing grows, we’re looking for a part-time designer to create engaging visual content across our channels — and to do it the modern way, with AI as part of the everyday toolkit.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll produce the actual work: social content, case study visuals, content and campaign assets. What sets the person we want apart isn’t seniority — it’s that you already work AI-forward. You use today’s creative tools fluently, you pick up new workflows fast, and you automate the repetitive parts of your own process so a part-time week goes a long way. It starts part-time, and there’s real room for it to grow into a full-time role.
What you’ll do — Social content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube — posts, carousels, stories, video thumbnails, simple animations and GIFs. — Case study & content visuals — article covers, blog visuals, illustrations, infographics, and the visual storytelling behind our case studies. — Campaign & ad creative — banners and creatives for paid campaigns, including multiple A/B test variations. — Presentations & docs — slides, guides, checklists, and PDF materials. — Work AI-forward. Use AI creative tools as a normal part of production, keep learning new workflows, and automate the repetitive parts so you get more done in fewer hours.
What we’re looking for — 2–3+ years as a marketing/graphic designer producing digital assets- social content, banners, article and case study visuals, presentations, illustrations, infographics, SVG. — Fluency with AI creative tools- you actively use tools like Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway, Sora, Kling, or similar in real work, and you’re genuinely curious about new ones. — A learner who automates. You don’t just use AI to go faster on the same task- you look for ways to template and streamline your own workflow. — Results over tools. We don’t care which software you use- Figma, anything else, even vibe-coded interfaces- as long as the output is great and ships on time. — Strong attention to detail and a good eye- taste still matters most. — Self-directed. You organize your own day, manage deadlines, and work well with autonomy in an async, distributed team. — Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
A big plus — Motion design & video- motion graphics for video case studies, demo videos, and other marketing video assets (After Effects or equivalent). — Next-gen / code-driven creative tooling- hands-on experience with AI-to-SVG and SVG morphing, or image-to-3D tools (e.g. Tripo3D). Not required, but a real differentiator.
Nice to have — Strong proficiency in Figma- components, styles, auto-layout, responsive adaptation. — Experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology companies.
