Spendbase is a fintech company that helps businesses take full control of their spend with dedicated corporate virtual and physical cards, as well as offers cloud cost optimization and AI router.
Right now, we’re looking for a Content Writer to reinforce our marketing team. You’ll have a chance to shape how we explain a complex fintech product to very different audiences and to work directly with the people who build and sell it.
What you’ll do:
Write blog posts (and occasionally external publications) in line with our content strategy.
Turn customer calls, interviews, and written inputs into case studies that show real results.
Write landing pages that convert: feature announcements, ad campaigns, product launches, and so on.
Handle the smaller stuff: email sequences, ad copy, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
Work closely with senior copywriter/editor, plus collaborate with marketing, product, design, dev, sales, customer success, and other team members so that our messagings stays consistent and up-to-date.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of B2B content behind you, ideally fintech, SaaS, or any tech product.
Excellent written English (C1+), with strong command of tone, grammar, and style.
You can write landing page, SEO article, and case study, and you know they’re three different jobs. Same for audiences: you get that CFO and AI engineer don’t read the same way.
You can create structured, clear, and coherent content based on brief or suggest improvements to it.
You can talk to a PM or process an existing call transcript and pull out the story yourself.
You can find the necessary information to make your content substantial and trustworthy — either from internal expertise or external sources.
You get technical topics fast and can ask the right questions to clarify what you don’t understand.
You use AI, but you heavily edit it and always can tell when it’s producing slop.
You’re a “Why do we do this?” kind of person (we highly appreciate critical thinking).
And you own what you do — from gathering inputs to reviewing the final publication or test link.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, cloud infrastructure or AI/LLM tooling
Experience with writing SEO content
Basic Figma knowledge, enough to create wireframes of landing pages
Hands-on experience with CMS (we run on Wordpress at the moment)
