Що робити
- Functional and regression testing of new and existing platform functionality (inventory, analytics, forecasting, SKU management)
- Testing marketplace integrations: data synchronization, webhooks, edge cases across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart
- Validating data correctness in reports and dashboards (cross-checking numbers against source data)
- Creating and keeping test documentation up to date (test cases, checklists)
- Filing bug reports in Jira, verifying fixes
Що очікуємо
- Solid knowledge of testing theory: testing types and levels, test design techniques, bug life cycle
- Experience in web application testing: functional, regression, smoke, cross-browser, UI/UX
- Ability to create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports
- Experience in API testing with Postman or similar — REST and/or GraphQL (our API is GraphQL; solid REST experience with willingness to pick up GraphQL is fine)
- Experience verifying data in databases; we use MongoDB (SQL background with readiness to switch is acceptable)

- Experience testing products with third-party integrations (marketplaces, payment providers, webhooks) — Shopify, Amazon SP-API, TikTok Shop, Walmart in our case
- Experience testing data-heavy functionality: dashboards, reports, analytics — ability to cross-check numbers and validate calculation correctness
- Experience testing e-commerce or SaaS products
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Understanding of test automation principles
