2+ years of commercial experience as a Manual/Automation QA Engineer
This role is a 50/50 split between manual and automated testing — we’re looking for someone equally strong in both, not an automation engineer who occasionally tests manually
Strong hands-on manual testing skills: writing test cases and checklists, exploratory testing, bug reporting with clear reproduction steps
Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests using tools like Cypress
Experience with AI in QA: using AI tools to increase testing and automation efficiency, as well as testing AI/LLM-based functionality — working with prompts, evaluating response quality, identifying hallucinations, and validating non-deterministic behaviour
