- Lead client meetings to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and implementation needs.
- Present implementation approaches, solutions, timelines, and project plans to clients.
- Manage implementation projects from kickoff through deployment and handover.
- Coordinate engineering, technical support, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Що очікуємо
- Experience in client implementations, technical project management, professional services, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage software or technology implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of software systems, integrations, APIs, and technical workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with clients.
