Що робити
- Develop and execute DoD Solution’s global IP protection strategy.
- Structure and manage intellectual property ownership between Estonian and Ukrainian entities.
- Coordinate patent searches, drafting, filing, and portfolio management.
- Support Pre-Seed, Seed, and future fundraising rounds.
- Draft and negotiate SAFE agreements, convertible notes, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and subscription agreements.
Що очікуємо
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of legal experience in corporate, venture capital, technology, intellectual property, or international business law.
- Strong knowledge of Estonian, Ukrainian, EU, and US investment and corporate law.
- Experience supporting venture-backed startups and fundraising transactions.
- Practical experience with patent filing processes and IP portfolio management.
