Що робити
- Draft, review, and manage corporate, service, marketing, and other company agreements.
- Draft and negotiate agreements with banks, PSPs and other financial partners.
- Prepare and manage technical specifications, acts of completed services, service descriptions, and other contractual and supporting documentation for banks and partners.
- Handle and manage requests from banks and financial institutions, preparing the necessary explanations and supporting documents.
- Support the legal aspects of launching new projects.
Що очікуємо
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally 5.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
- Experience working with contracts, corporate documentation, and licenses.
- High work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Що пропонуємо
- Full-time employment (5/2 schedule).
- 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 9:00–18:00 and 10:00–19:00.
