Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in international corporate law.
- Master’s degree in corporate law.
- Experience working with venture capital, venture studios, or Ukrainian defense-related funds is a strong advantage.
- Ability to transform AI-generated text into structured, precise legal documents — must-have.
- Strong attention to details.
