Що робити

  • End-to-End Project Management: Unpacking business requests, defining outcomes with Team Leads, designing blended learning journeys, and evaluating ROE/ROI.
  • Training Delivery: Independently conducting impactful training sessions and workshops for internal teams.
  • AI Transformation Support: Designing and executing learning programs to embed AI tools into daily business workflows.
  • Vendor Management: Selecting external providers, managing contracts, handling logistics, and evaluating the business impact of outsourced training.
  • L&D Promotion: Running internal communication campaigns to raise awareness of learning opportunities across the company.

Що очікуємо

  • L&D Experience: 3+ years in Tech/IT environments; strong training portfolio of own developed programs.
  • Learning Analytics (Critical): Ability to track training impact beyond attendance, analyze data patterns, and use insights to demonstrate ROI/ROE to stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles (facilitation over lecturing, immediate application, co-creation).
  • Training & Facilitation: Ability to manage group dynamics, adapt delivery in real-time, and maintain a psychologically safe learning environment.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
