A-Players is looking for an experienced Lead/Senior Product Manager to join our team and take full ownership of a new AI-powered product from day one.

You will be the first dedicated Product Manager on the project - which means you come in at the ground floor, shape the product vision, and build the roadmap from scratch.

You will have the following tasks and challenges:

Take full ownership of the product vision and translate it

Build and optimize the user flow and activation experience

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align product features with what's working in paid acquisition

Analyze user behavior and dialogue semantics to identify patterns, segment cohorts, and drive retention

Design and implement in-product monetization mechanics

Expand the product feature set and evaluate new features based on marketing and user signals.

The key metrics you will influence are:

Activation rate

Retention rate

User engagement

LTV

ARPU

Customer satisfaction.

What you need to join us:

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager

Hands-on experience with AI products

Strong AI mindset - you use AI tools actively and know how to apply them in product work

Experience with web products and web funnels at early stages

Experience with subscription-based business models

Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate product decisions in the context of business goals

English B2+.
