• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 7 Manual QA Engineers with different seniority levels.
• Plan, organize and balance the QA team’s workload across multiple parallel projects.
• Define, maintain, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Establish quality standards for testing across different devices, browsers, screen resolutions, and platforms.
• Define the QA automation strategy, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with engineering teams on its implementation.
