What you’ll work with
Paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) + SEO growth
Building and optimizing marketing funnels from scratch
Creatives & offers: messaging, value propositions, hypotheses testing
Landing pages & website CRO (structure, copy, CTA, UX)
A/B testing: launch → analyze → document → scale
Analytics & unit metrics: CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV
Competitive research: funnels, creatives, positioning
Close collaboration with Product on website improvements and experiments
What we’re looking for
2–3+ years of B2B performance marketing experience
Strong understanding of funnel economics and key metrics
System thinking + hands-on execution
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
Ability to build, test, and scale hypotheses fast
