Що робити
- Identify and research prospective clients that may require software engineering talent.
- Conduct highly personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
- Present suitable developer profiles and engineering capabilities as solutions to clients' business needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including founders, CTOs, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Qualify prospects and schedule Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the management and sales team.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development (SDR), Business Development, IT Recruitment, or a similar client-facing role within the IT industry.
- Experience working with IT outsourcing and/or outstaffing services.
- Proven track record of generating qualified meetings or sales opportunities through outbound activities.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern lead generation tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales pipelines.
