- Working with the automated lead generation system
- Adjusting and fine-tuning job application criteria (niche, budget, keywords, filters)
- Handling incoming responses from clients
- Communicating with clients and guiding them to:
- a call, or
Що очікуємо
- Mandatory experience with either Gigradar or Getmany or Convertix.io (must-have)
- Hands-on experience with Upwork (practical, not theoretical)
- Understanding of the funnel: proposal → reply → call → deal
- Confident written English (B2+)
- Ability to lead clients to a decision, not just reply to messages
