Що робити
- Set up and maintain cold email outreach infrastructure: domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up and sender health.
- Search, scrape, collect and structure lead databases based on the company’s ICP.
- Find and verify business emails using tools such as Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, Bouncer or similar.
- Clean, deduplicate and organize lead lists in Google Sheets, Excel or CRM.
- Upload leads into cold email tools such as Snov.io or similar.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, cold email outreach, data research or sales support.
- Hands-on experience with cold email tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Reply.io, Snov.io or similar.
- Understanding of cold email infrastructure basics: domains, inboxes, warm-up, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce rate and deliverability.
- Experience with lead sourcing, scraping, enrichment and email validation.
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills: filtering, sorting, deduplication, formulas, data cleanup.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in SEO, Digital PR, guest posting, link building, content marketing, online advertising or publisher outreach.
- Experience with scraping tools such as Phantombuster, Apify, Clay, Bright Data, Instant Data Scraper or similar.
- Experience with Ahrefs
- Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Clay or Google Apps Script.
- Basic understanding of SEO metrics: domain authority, domain rating, organic traffic, backlinks, niches and GEOs.
