We are looking for a Lead Full-stack Engineer to own technical initiatives in our marketing domain, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership, delivery, and people management. You’ll be the go-to engineer for Marketing: shaping technical solutions, keeping contractors’ work reliable, and growing a small team of 1–2 engineers. 📍What to Do:
Own the engineering backlog coming from Marketing, from discovery and technical design to delivery and production support
Build and evolve full-stack web projects, integrations, content platforms, landing pages, interactive experiences, admin panels, and internal tools
Work directly with non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify constraints, and turn business needs into pragmatic technical solutions
Review and validate technical solutions delivered by external contractors, improving their reliability, observability, and maintainability
Decide when it makes sense to keep development outsourced and when projects should be brought in-house
Improve internal tools and AI-assisted solutions created by non-engineering teams, turning prototypes into reliable, production-ready software where needed
Own delivery processes and balance short-term business requests with longer-term technical and strategic work
Collaborate with engineering leads and plan the team’s work
Mentor and manage 1–2 engineers, including hiring, performance, development, and regular feedback
🦸Your Superpowers:
Strong full-stack engineering background at Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Team Lead level
Hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development
Experience mentoring or managing engineers, including performance management, hiring, and career development
Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders, uncover requirements, and move projects forward without relying on a Product Manager or Business Analyst
Strong ownership and self-management: you know how to remove blockers, find missing context, and drive work to completion
Experience building delivery processes from scratch and taking responsibility for commitments and timelines
Solid overlap with our technology landscape: PHP, Laravel, Yii2, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue 3, Nuxt 4, Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Kafka, and WordPress
Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering, agentic workflows, code review automation, or evidence-based review practices
