What You'll Build
You won't just implement tickets. You'll help shape the architecture, influence product decisions, and take ownership of features from development to production.
Backend: Build and scale Python/FastAPI services processing large volumes of conversations.
Frontend: Develop real-time analytics dashboards using Vue 3, TypeScript, WebSockets, and data visualization tools.
AI integration: Build product features powered by LLMs, speech processing, transcription, sentiment analysis, and summarization.
System architecture: Improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of distributed services.
Infrastructure: Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Celery, Redis, and OpenSearch.
Integrations: Build and maintain integrations with CRM and contact-center platforms, including Zendesk, Genesys, and Vicidial.

Backend: Python 3.11+, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL
Frontend: Vue 3, TypeScript, Vuetify, Vite, WebSockets, charting libraries
AI: LLM APIs, audio and speech-processing pipelines

What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional software development experience building and maintaining production systems.
Strong Python backend development skills and practical experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Vue.js and TypeScript, or a strong ability to work across both backend and frontend.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining production-ready applications.
Familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, databases, and API integrations.
Daily use of AI coding tools to accelerate development, with the ability to critically review, test, and validate generated code.
An ownership mindset: you can take a problem from understanding requirements to implementation, deployment, and production feedback.
A pragmatic approach to engineering: you know when to move fast and when to invest in reliability and maintainability.
