- lead the engineering software team and provide technical direction
- act as a key partner to local leadership and contribute to strategic decisions
- define and drive the technical vision and future architecture for company solutions that are being developed in Ukraine
- collaborate with company engineering leadership and cross-functional teams
- contribute to the product roadmap and identify opportunities where the UA team can deliver unique value
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of commercial experience with C/C++
- engineering leadership experience (tech lead / team lead)
- experience in system design (embedded systems, distributed systems, hardware—software integration)
- strong understanding of embedded systems and ability to work on R&D-driven tasks
- strong communication skills and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
