Що робити
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Affiliate Management team.
- Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies focused on Tier-1 markets.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with affiliates, media buying teams, and networks.
- Manage and scale key partnerships across Facebook, SEO, PPC, UAC, and other acquisition channels.
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals based on traffic quality and profitability.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming/online casino.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring Affiliate Managers.
- Strong understanding of Tier-1 markets.
- Established network of affiliates, media buying teams, and traffic partners.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook traffic and other acquisition channels.
Що пропонуємо
- Direct experience scaling affiliate traffic in Tier-1.
- Experience building an affiliate team or department.
- Knowledge of Affilka, NetHunt, and Power BI.
- Established relationships with Tier-1 affiliate networks.
