Our client is an international legal firm providing legal and consulting services to businesses in highly regulated industries. We’re looking for a Lawyer with iGaming experience to support international clients across corporate matters, licensing, contracts, and compliance.

What you’ll do
Manage legal matters from initial research through to completion, independently organizing your work and taking responsibility for outcomes.
Support company incorporation and ongoing corporate matters across various jurisdictions.
Assist clients with obtaining and maintaining iGaming licenses.
Draft, review, and analyze commercial agreements, including marketing, software development, and licensing agreements.
Communicate directly with international clients in English, explaining legal positions, risks, and available options clearly.
Research legislation, regulatory requirements, and relevant legal practice to support practical recommendations.
Assist with opening bank accounts.
Maintain internal legal documentation and keep databases and task management systems up to date.
Identify missing information and seek clarification from clients or senior colleagues when needed.
What you’ll bring
At least 3 years of overall legal experience, including 1 year in iGaming, either in legal consulting or an in-house role.
A degree in law.
An understanding of licensing, compliance, corporate governance, and contract management processes.
Experience working directly with clients and building professional relationships.
Strong written and spoken English for client calls, correspondence, and legal work.
The ability to explain complex legal matters in clear, accessible language.
An independent, organized approach, with attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
A business-oriented mindset and the ability to consider the practical implications of legal advice.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
It would be a plus if you have
Experience with iGaming licensing in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Malta (MGA), Anjouan, or the Isle of Man.
Experience working with regulators, banks, and payment providers.
Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and compliance processes in iGaming.
