Key Account Manager

Що робити

  • Own the full lifecycle of merchant relationships: onboarding, day-to-day support, and strategic account development
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of merchants — answer questions on integrations, settlement, fees, and product features
  • Monitor merchant performance and proactively reach out to address issues, opportunities, or risks before they escalate
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and work closely with the BD team to execute them
  • Drive merchant retention by understanding their business needs and aligning our product capabilities accordingly

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or business development — ideally in fintech, crypto, or payments
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, acquiring, and crypto infrastructure (PSP, gateways, settlement flows)
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical merchants
  • Highly proactive: you identify problems and opportunities without waiting to be asked
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
