Що робити
- Own the full lifecycle of merchant relationships: onboarding, day-to-day support, and strategic account development
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of merchants — answer questions on integrations, settlement, fees, and product features
- Monitor merchant performance and proactively reach out to address issues, opportunities, or risks before they escalate
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and work closely with the BD team to execute them
- Drive merchant retention by understanding their business needs and aligning our product capabilities accordingly
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or business development — ideally in fintech, crypto, or payments
- Strong understanding of payment processing, acquiring, and crypto infrastructure (PSP, gateways, settlement flows)
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical merchants
- Highly proactive: you identify problems and opportunities without waiting to be asked
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
