- Serve as the 1st tier for customers seeking technical assistance on the Voicespin products over the phone, email or chat;
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions by customers;
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process;
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support;
- Provide accurate information on Voicespin IT products and services;
Що очікуємо
- Linux basic knowledge;
- Would be a plus basic knowledge of VoIP;
- Hebrew native language.
