Що робити

  • Serve as the 1st tier for customers seeking technical assistance on the Voicespin products over the phone, email or chat;
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions by customers;
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process;
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support;
  • Provide accurate information on Voicespin IT products and services;

Що очікуємо

  • Linux basic knowledge;
  • Would be a plus basic knowledge of VoIP;
  • Hebrew native language.
