- Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (technical and non-technical positions)
- Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn using Recruiter Lite filters
- Communicating with candidates and clarifying details of their experience
- Conducting HR interviews and preparing candidate feedback
- Negotiating salary expectations with candidates when needed
Що очікуємо
- Availability to work full-time
- 6+ months of experience as an IT Recruiter, or at least completed IT Recruitment courses
- Experience conducting HR screening calls
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, keyword and Boolean search is a must
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
