Job Summary: The Junior Technical Implementation Specialist role supports the onboarding of new brightfin software clients. The ideal candidate will have base-level technical knowledge of software development life cycle and a commitment to professional development. Our paid internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience with current software implementation techniques and ServiceNow fundamentals. You will train under professionals with dozens of years of experience and on a wide array of global Enterprise level customer profiles.
Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:
Assist the Implementation team with accomplishing tasks related to implementation of new customers into brightfin software residing in ServiceNow
Collaborate with Technical Implementation Leads to identify, create, and analyze customer design
Participate in project calls to collect and document detailed technical requirements
Align with Professional Service, Developers, and Product teams on program solutions
Assist in the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts
Participate with QA (Quality Assurance). Test software functionality prior to client UAT (User Acceptance Testing); document findings
Assist with troubleshooting for issues
Learn and maintain up to date brightfin software capabilities and functionality within the ServiceNow platform
Work in cooperation with the Implementation Team and other brightfin departments to identify process inefficiencies; streamline delivery of brightfin best practice
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in graduate degree program in technical field of study, related field, or equivalent work experience
Mixed experience as a QA/TBA (Quality Assurance/Technical Business Analyst)
Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and Agile methodologies
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, capable of manipulating data effectively
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
