About the Role
As a Junior Technical Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s payment platform and help businesses integrate and run their payment flows smoothly. This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of technical operations and product — working with our technical and business teams to resolve issues and improve the payment experience for businesses worldwide.
What you’ll own
Analyzing incoming client requests and finding effective solutions
Collaborating closely with product and technical teams inside the company
Communicating with client representatives to resolve technical issues related to our product
Working with product documentation and keeping it up to date
You’re a great fit if you have
Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Knowledge of SQL
Nice to have
Self-starter — you can own your projects and take full responsibility for your area
Practical experience with Postman and Python
