Що робити
- You’ll help make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality while keeping clients satisfied. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team and senior PMs to execute projects, flag risks early, and keep communication smooth.
- Manage projects in the AI Assistants development domain;
- Coordinate the development team’s daily work to deliver within agreed scope, timeline, and resources;
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and turn them into clear tasks for the team;
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and project meetings: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning, demos, and retrospectives;
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager on software development projects;
- English: B2+ ;
- Practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and an understanding of when to use each;
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence;
- Experience writing and maintaining backlog items (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) or a strong willingness to master it;
