- Turn public sources — LinkedIn, press, product teardowns — into a sharp one-page brief on every lead
- Build simple working prototypes in Claude Code that show a prospect what’s possible before the first call
- Join calls with our founders from week one as the best-prepared person in the room — and grow into running calls yourself
- Work inside an automated pipeline: the admin is automated, the thinking is yours

- Research obsession: given a name and a company, you come back with what matters — not a data dump
- Completely at home on social networks, LinkedIn above all: finding people, reading what they post — and what they don’t
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools — you can put a simple working prototype together with Claude Code, v0, or Lovable, no engineering background needed (the test task will ask you to prove it)
- Availability overlapping UK/US working hours — that’s when the calls happen
