Що робити
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying IT specialists.
- Conduct active candidate search via LinkedIn, tech communities, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for open positions.
- Perform initial candidate outreach and coordinate the first communication.
- Assist recruiters with candidate screening and profile preparation.
Що очікуємо
- 6+ months — 1 year of experience in sourcing / recruiting / research, or strong interest in IT recruitment.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technology stacks (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Good written communication skills for candidate outreach.
- Ability to work with a high volume of profiles and tasks.
