- ● Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- ● Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
- ● Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
- ● Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.

- ● 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
