We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and grow within software development projects for the US and European markets.
This role is a good fit for someone who already has initial hands-on experience in IT Project Management and wants to take more ownership, work directly with clients and engineering teams, and gradually grow into independently managing projects.
Our projects vary in size, stage, and cooperation model — from small teams launching new products to established long-term projects. Because of this, we value adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to quickly navigate changing environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, priorities, and deadlines;
Communicate with clients and engineering teams;
Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and status updates;
Help clarify requirements and maintain project documentation;
Track progress, blockers, risks, and dependencies;
Support project planning and delivery;
Use AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve project workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
6–12 months of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination in IT;
Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum;
Strong Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Flexibility to adapt to different projects, processes, and working schedules.

Client Communication: You’ll work directly with clients, primarily from the US, so confident and clear English communication is essential.
Working Schedule
The working day is 8 hours, but the exact schedule depends on the project.
As our current focus is primarily on the US market, you should be prepared for working hours shifted toward the evening. At the same time, some projects operate closer to regular Kyiv business hours or may have a combined schedule.
Therefore, flexibility with working hours and the ability to adapt depending on the project are important for this role.
