Rapid Cycle Delivery: Drive the end-to-end execution of 5–6 week AI execution cycles, ensuring strict adherence to fast-approaching target dates
Micro-Team Coordination: Act as the daily operational core for small squads (2–3 engineers), running crisp daily standups and eliminating technical or dependency blockers immediately
Aggressive Scope Control: Work closely with product owners to define a razor-sharp, realistic scope for each cycle. Prevent scope creep mid-flight — if it’s not critical for the milestone, push it to a future phase
Operational Readiness: Ensure prerequisites (API access tokens, datasets, third-party credentials, and architecture designs) are completely ready before the engineers kick off Day 1
Progress Transparency: Maintain clean, real-time Jira/Kanban boards and provide concise, weekly velocity and milestone updates to upper management

1 — 2 years of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or scrum mastering within a tech environment
Experience working in fast-cycle environments (e.g., tech startups, digital agencies, or rapid prototyping teams) where delivery is measured in weeks, not quarters
Experience working with fixed-price projects
Solid practical understanding of Kanban or Scrum-lite frameworks, task breakdown, and tracking work using Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
A proactive “blocker-crusher” mindset — you don’t wait for a problem to fix itself; you actively jump in to track down answers, find the right person, or clear the path for your engineers
