We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer who’s excited to grow with us.
We’re In Sync, a product design agency partnering with startups and SaaS companies to build digital products that people love to use. We help teams turn ideas into scalable products, improve user experiences, and design solutions that drive measurable business impact. If you’re passionate about UI/UX, enjoy bringing interfaces to life with motion, and want to learn from experienced designers while working on real products, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
Design intuitive UI for web and mobile SaaS products.
Contribute to the entire design process—from discovery to polished UI.
Create animations, micro-interactions, and motion that make products feel intuitive.
Collaborate with senior designers and clients to solve real product challenges.
Present your work, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve.
Contribute to multiple SaaS projects across different industries: healthtech, fintech, edtech etc.
(We don´t work with gambling)
What we’re looking for:
A strong eye for visual design, typography, spacing, and detail.
Experience designing UI for web or mobile applications.
Experience creating UI animations, transitions, or micro-interactions.
A portfolio that shows your design thinking
Curiosity, proactivity, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Fluent spoken English is a must.

HR Interview
Paid Test Task — A short design exercise similar to real project work.
Design Interview — Walk us through your portfolio and test task, and meet the team.
