We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Motion Designer / AI Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for video content, motion graphics, and emerging social media trends. You will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content, motion graphics, and marketing creatives across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with Marketing, PR, and Design teams.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Edit Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content for social media platforms;
Create motion graphics, animated assets, and video creatives for marketing campaigns;
Use AI-powered tools to generate, animate, and enhance video content and creative assets;
Produce, edit, and package content from conferences, industry events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage, often within tight deadlines;
Adapt and repurpose content across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube;
Collaborate with Affiliate Marketing, Product Marketing, PR, and Design teams to develop compelling visual content;
Stay up to date with social media, video editing, and AI content trends;
Ensure timely delivery of content according to marketing calendars, product launches, and event schedules;
Maintain high quality standards and visual consistency across all content and marketing materials.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
Experience in video editing and content creation for social media platforms;
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects (or equivalent software);
Experience using AI tools for content creation, video generation, or scene animation (Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Veo, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, or similar platforms);
Experience creating short-form content such as Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts;
Basic motion design and animation skills;
Understanding of current social media trends, formats, and content best practices;
Attention to detail, structured workflow, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Intermediate or higher level of English.
