Що робити
- ● Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
- ● Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.
- ● Draft and maintain contract templates.
- ● Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.
- ● Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
Що очікуємо
- ● Master’s degree in law.
- ● 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- ● Excellent written and spoken English.
- ● Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
- ● Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
