The following skills are important to us: — 1+ year of experience in positions like Legal Counsel or Lawyer; — hands-on experience with agreements and day-to-day legal documentation; — high level of accuracy and attention to detail; — ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment; — ability to work independently, learn quickly and follow matters through to completion; — general understanding of KYC and compliance requirements.
Your future responsibilities: — providing day-to-day legal support to business; — drafting and reviewing services agreements, including agreements with contractors, vendors and service providers; — assisting with KYC, compliance and other corporate documentation requests; — researching legal and regulatory matters across relevant jurisdictions and providing practical summaries and recommendations; — maintaining and improving document templates, legal records and recurring legal workflows; — coordinating routine legal matters with internal stakeholders and external counterparties, with increasing independence as experience grows.
