Що робити
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders;
- Support planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional initiatives;
- Track dependencies, blockers, risks, and team capacity and proactively address delivery issues;
- Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to keep priorities, ownership, and expectations clear;
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows based on team needs and business context;
Що очікуємо
- Hands-on experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a product environment;
- Experience working with multiple teams or cross-functional projects;
- Experience in a fast-paced product environment with changing priorities and cross-team dependencies;
- Good understanding of planning, prioritization, capacity, scope, risk, and dependency management;
- Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar;
