Що робити
- Support lawyers in contract-related work (supply agreements, sale and purchase agreements, works/contractor agreements, service agreements);
- Prepare specifications and additional agreements/addenda to contracts;
- Manage document flow: organize files, maintain contract registers, make PDF scans and copies;
- Upload documents for signature in Vchasno, track signing status, and follow up with other departments on documents, deadlines, and approvals;
- Draft simple letters and business correspondence;
Що очікуємо
- At least 2 years of post-graduate experience;
- Basic working knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law;
- Hands-on experience working with contracts (supply, sale and purchase, works, service agreements), including drafting specifications.
- Experience organizing documentation and maintaining registers;
- Attention to detail when handling a large volume of paperwork.
