About the project: We are looking for an energetic and curious Junior IT Researcher to support our team in researching candidates and analyzing technologies, trends, and the IT job market. This role is ideal for candidates with basic IT knowledge eager to grow in the recruitment field.
What you will need:
● Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills; ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills; ● Proven experience in the IT field (knowledge of technologies, programming languages, or system basics is preferred) 0.5+ years; ● Ability to quickly find and process information from various sources; ● Spoken and written English at least Upper-Intermediate; ● Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks, multitasking; ● Higher education or final-year students in IT, HR, Recruitment, or other field; ● Understanding of software development principles or knowledge of IT recruitment; ● Experience working with LinkedIn; ● Skills in working with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Drive, ATS etc); ● Strong desire to work in an IT environment and grow as a Recruitment Specialist.
What will you do: ● You will be responsible for the searching of good fit candidates for various technical and non-technical positions (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the job description and recruitment process); ● Negotiations with potential candidates, conducting interviews with candidates; ● Keep in touch as a partner and advisor for hiring managers and executives to understand business priorities and goals, and establish an efficient hiring process; ● Research the market, and keep up on different recruiting tools; ● Collaborate with the IT recruitment team to support candidate sourcing efforts; ● Monitor and analyze the job market to identify skill shortages and in-demand skills; ● Assist the team with various tasks.
