Що робити
- Create and maintain HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Inoxoft’s policies and values.
- Keep employee records accurate and up to date in our HRM system.
- Coordinate onboarding and conduct welcome meetings to help new teammates feel informed, supported, and connected from day one.
- Coordinate offboarding, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for departing teammates.
- Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, listen to employee feedback, and help address questions and concerns.
Що очікуємо
- 1-2 years of experience in HR; experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and 1-to-1 meetings.
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to building and improving HR processes.
- Confidence working with Google Sheets and an interest in HR data, metrics, and dashboards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and supportive attitude.
