We're looking for Customer Support Agents to join our growing iGaming project. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
What you'll be doing:
Assisting players with their questions via live chat, email, and phone
Helping customers with account-related inquiries, payments, bonuses, promotions, and general platform navigation
Investigating customer issues and working with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
Providing friendly, professional, and accurate support while delivering an excellent customer experience
Following internal procedures and maintaining high-quality service standards
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in customer support is a plus (especially in iGaming, e-commerce, or SaaS), but we're also happy to train motivated candidates
C1+ English (both written and spoken) is required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and professional when handling customer concerns
Comfortable working rotating shifts:
Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
Evening: 15:00 – 23:00
Night: 23:00 – 07:00 (night shifts include additional bonuses 💰)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
